A

Alignment

Using Universal Truth to align your subconscious, conscious, and higher consciousness, allowing the fullest expression of yourself and your calling.

Authenticity

Knowing your Truth and having the self-regulation to act in alignment with it.

B

Bracket

The phenomenon caused by trauma that keeps us out of the "basement" of our previous traumas, but restricts us from the "penthouse" of fulfillment and connection.

D

Desired End State

A description of the emotional state we want to experience once success has been achieved. Desired End States answer the question, "Why?"

F

Freedom Question

The question that brings cognitive dissonance to our untruths and Truths. It provides the doorway we must choose to walk through to our freedom.

I

All that we are and all that is greater than us, examples: God, universe, source, energy, consciousness, light, and love.

P

Post-Traumatic Stress

The stress caused by living to an untruth developed within a previous traumatic environment.

Power

The ability to influence change.

Purpose

That which drives a specific end.

(Our) Purpose

The call to bring the truest expression of ourselves into the world, that can only be heard from a place of aligned stillness.

S

Sinking Ship

An analogy we use to reference when we are living in our past traumatic experiences/using our untruths, acting out of full conscious alignment.

Success

An experience of a human being living in an optimized daily experience that is sustainable over time. Created through tightly coordinated action towards a shared purpose, with people you care for.

T

Tiger

A symbolic version of what caused our traumatic experiences. These "tigers" are often the very things we subconsciously bring into our worlds, even though we consciously want to avoid them.

Trauma

The lesson, or the strategy of survival, that we carry forward from surviving a traumatic experience.

Trauma Treat

The skill you developed from the experience of trauma that the world often rewards. You often hold this to be your superpower, even though it is your kryptonite.

Traumatic Environment

The specific environment where a perceived loss of control was experienced.

Traumatic Experience

Any time we have an experience where we have a perceived loss of control.

Trust

Acting in the inherent goodness of another; choosing to act with connection instead of defense when it is not earned.

U

Universal Truth

(Capital "T" Truth) Truths that transcend the individual, applicable to all. These Truths allow power to flow through you and are attained through full conscious alignment (subconscious, conscious, higher consciousness).

Untruth

(Lowercase "t" truth) A self-created truth. These truths come from you and limit you to your internal power.

V

Vulnerability

Knowing your limitations, having the courage to share them, and to accept help.
