A new way forward

You're not here because something is wrong.

You're here because everything is right and it still isn't landing.

  • You hit the number and set a new one before you felt anything.
  • You're the one everyone relies on and nobody worries about.
  • You've done the work — books, coaches, programs — and the pattern is still running.
  • You can't explain why a life this good feels like this.

Inside the experience

Hear it from the people who were there.

What you walk away with

01

The core strategy that has been running your decisions since childhood — named, out loud.

02

The untruth underneath it, and the actual truth that replaces it.

03

Tools you can run on yourself when your thoughts spiral at 2am lying in bed.

04

A community that watched you do it and will now walk with you forever.

Five intentional days

What actually happens

A deliberate progression from arrival to integration—each day building on the one before it.

  1. D1

    Wed

    Arrive.

Fly in, settle, meet the room. Nothing asked of you today.

  2. D2

    Thu

    Find the strategy.

By evening you'll know which core strategy is yours.

  3. D3

    Fri

    Find the untruth.

The hardest day. It's the reason the week works.

  4. D4

    Sat

    Find the truth.

Tested out loud, in the room. Proven to rewire your brain's operating system.

  5. D5

    Sun

    Leave with it.

Close, integration, and next steps for navigating your new world.

Steve Nagib

Co-founder · Facilitator

Pittsburgh Pirates. University of Oregon football. The NBA's development academy. A decade in elite human performance, then running the nation's largest sports recovery center. He watched the most driven people optimize everything measurable and still break down at the core. The body was never the problem. He wants to show you what is.

Co-founder · Facilitator

Former Navy SEAL. Built the business career to match, and by his own account most people would have traded their life for his while his actual experience of it was unbearable. TruPath is what he built to solve that. He teaches it because he needed it first.

Vicky Giangregorio

Co-founder · Facilitator

Built and led a sales organization producing over $50 million a year, multiple years running. She hit every number she set, then set the next one — the machine ran beautifully and never arrived anywhere. She has since guided 40+ organizations across the U.S. and Canada. She will know your version of the story before you finish telling it.

3 facilitators. 16 people. You will not get lost in this room.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Is this therapy?+

No. TruPath is a coaching framework, not therapy and not a substitute for mental health care. Several people arrive already working with a therapist and it complements that well.

I've done retreats and they didn't stick.+

Fair objection, and the most common one. Most retreats produce a peak experience and no instruments. That's why the week ends on what you do at home, and why three follow-up calls are in the price rather than sold to you later.

Do I have to talk about my trauma in front of strangers?+

You share as much or as little as you choose. Every August participant reported never feeling pressured to disclose. And the trauma itself isn't what we work on — the strategy is.

Can I bring my spouse?+

Yes. Several couples did it in August. Bring it up on the call and we'll walk you through how it works.

When does it start and end?+

The retreat starts at 5p Wednesday and ends at 12p on Sunday.

Why does enrollment close three weeks early?+

It's not a deadline we invented. There is preparation for the experience.
